"You matter. You have a purpose.

Join me in exploring the question, who do you think you are? While this memoir is my narrative, I invite you to apply this same question to your life and use it as a catalyst for vulnerability in your story. Our responses to the question will reflect our own unique and intricate design.

There are no right or wrong answers.

Our stories are different. Some are earth-shattering, devastating, and tragic. Some are publicly known while others are peppered with heartache and pain and kept private.

Every story matters.

No experience is too small.

Our individual lives are worthy of recognition.

Our joy and our sorrows have shaped us.

Every bit of vulnerability is significant and unique to who we are."

We all have a story worth sharing. Our lives are comprised of major events and minor events. Regardless of their seeming significance, they are nonetheless, significant all the way around.

Don't doubt your joys and sorrows, your experiences, your lessons -- they are yours, and added together, these stories shape the tapestry of your life.
